Who pays to have an item redelivered?
I am the seller.
Buyer purchased an item which I posted.
The Post Office returned the item as after two delivery attempts the buyer was not available or able to take delivery.
Buyer is now available and has asked me to repost the item.
Who is responsible for the cost of the postage second time around?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you want to let this buyer have the item you'll need to refund the original order, relist and then they repurchase, only because the original tracking number has been used and you'll have no proof that the buyer has their item this time round.
Personally, I'd be refunding and blocking them, only because the same thing might happen again.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou need to get a new postage label on ebay so cancel/refund the first transaction with the buyer's agreement and relist for them to buy and pay again.
