Who is responsible for an item RECALLED by Ebay on SAETY grounds.
I bought an ac electric adapter from ebay. Ebay now send me a message saying the item has been recalled as its not safe to use. Ive had it more than 90 days so ebay wont refund me. Anyone else had this situation if so did you get a refund and how? Thanks.

No, you didn't. eBay doesn't sell anything. eBay is just a marketplace; it is not a party to the transaction between the buyer and seller.
eBay provides its own, 30 day money back guarantee for most items bought here. But when this has expired they won't get involved. Responsibility now rests with the seller, but all too many sellers on eBay don't want to know.
Buying from unknown sellers on eBay is not like buying from the shops.

Mentor5 months agoeBay still stick to their 30 day deadline for claims. If it's under 120 days since payment you could contact your payment provider and ask them.
