Where is my item?
The message stated my parcel was delivered this morning at 11am. I was in. I have looked everywhere for it and checked with my neighbour but it is nowhere to be seen. I tried to contact Parcel2go but the ref number wasn't accepted. I have contacted the seller. Where was my parcel left? There was no note left so not sure what

I am sorry to hear about this, you can try filing an item not received case here. However, if the tracking information confirms delivery, the case will probably be closed on the seller's favor, but if the tracking information says it was delivered to a different address, then it would be closed in your favor.
If the tracking information says it was delivered to the correct address, you'd need to escalate that with the courier directly since we cannot control the courier side of things.
