Where do i stand as a seller ?
Hi I am a ebay private sellar and have listed an item for sale under "no returns" A puchase was made on the
9 Jul 2026 and on the 26th Jul ive recieved a message from the buyer asking how can i get a refund as the item has stopped working . Where do i stand as a seller ?

Mentor1 week ago1st off you are NOT a private seller, you are an unregistered business.
A genuine private seller does not have multiples of new items.
Has buyer opened case?
If so accept it, if they say change of mind, they pay return postage.
If not as described case, issue returns label & refund in full on return.
