where do I go now with fake perfume
non authentic perfume. gave proof of correspondence with seller , apologising and offering refund once I do positive feedback. now refusing full amount sent over 50% . I have tried return then was declined . what do I do next. I'm worried for other people receive fake perfume

Mentor1 week agoFirstly, apologies for the long delay in replying there was a technical issue with this particular board which prevented us from answering, until now.
The only way to notify eBay of fake items being sold is to open cases for item not as described. If too many are opened by a seller for returns and refunds, it will raise red flags to eBay who can impose selling restrictions, even total selling bans .
For yourself now, If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, proceed this way:
Go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select Return this item. Select the reason Item Not as Described >> Does Not Match Description or Photos. The seller needs to either refund you in 3 days, or issue a pre paid return label for the return of their item. Once the item is received, they have 48 hours to refund you.
If this doesn't happen, you need to escalate to eBay, eBay step in and force the refund.
Listen to no excuses or promises from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.
