when returning what happens if seller doesn’t give postage label

I purchased an item which was defective and ebay refunded and have now closed the case. The seller orginally wnated me to return the defective item but has not sent me the address - despite contacting her- what do I do?

Now you have refund, ebay assume seller doesn't want item back, so postage label not available.

Politely message seller and say if they want item back, they need to send postage label or money, it can't be done through ebay though.

When you opened case seller should have sent you a reply paid label. If you have to involve ebay, who refund at sellers expense.

Seller then does not get item back, has to make a full refund and also gets a damaging defect. You can also leave appropriate feedback.
