What's happened to Booking a Collection
Has anyone else been experiencing problems when trying to book a Royal Mail collection when you sell something?
I am housebound so totally depend on this option.
Normally, you go to Simple Delivery on the item you have just sold, where, before printing the label, it asks if you'd like to book a collection. This has worked everytime, but yesterday, no matter how many times I tapped on it, nothing happened. I have had to then arrange a collection myself through the Royal Mail app which costs 30p a time.
I really think this is unfair because it has always been included in the postage costs, which are already costing enough.
I have reported it this morning because it has happened again, but I'm not sure she fully understood what I was saying.
Could it be a problem with the app or are eBay pulling a fast one 🤔
