What Video File Type Is Acceptable!!
Summary: janator1664 experienced issues uploading a 15-second, 3.25MB MP4 video for feedback, receiving an error message despite being informed that MP4 or MOV formats were acceptable. After converting the video to MOV, the same error occurred, leading to frustration.
Tried to add a 15 second 3.25MB MP4 video to a feedback and got this error msg.
So I asked what file type was acceptable which confirmed MP4 or MOV.
I converted MP4 to MOV got same error msg!!
What the hell??
