Did you pay for a service, but this was not used, say Express/ Speical Delivery?
Then, you can open a case for item not as described for a full refund.
I'm afraid eBay do not get involved in postage disputes, so nothing to enforce the seller just to pay back a postage cost, but what was this for ?

Mentor2 months agoUnder eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy if you receive a defective item and you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, you are guaranteed a full refund , and if the seller wants their item back first. THEY have to pay for that tracked return postage.
If this was not conducted through an eBay case, there's nothing to enforce the seller to repay that postage price.
eBay's MBG is written on every listing apart from Classified ads, familiarise yourself with it , if buying from eBay, so this does not happen again, and it can save you a lot of time and money. I've added a link to the MBG here below for you.

OP2 months agoThe postage for a return dvd and postage was to malaysia. This is the first problem seller ive dealt with

Mentor2 months agoIf it's a private seller the cost of postage goes to ebay. In the case of a cancellation ebay refunds the postage but it takes 30 days to reach you.
