Mentor3 weeks agoAre you buyer or seller, if buyer you cannot send a picture of something not received, and if Simple Delivery was used, it is ebay who refunds after you have opened a Not received case.
If the seller and item has been lost in the post, again it is the Buyer who opens a case

Mentor3 weeks agoIf item is missing but packaging has been deilvered you should open a "not described" return via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchases list. If necessary you can copy & paste the photo from the original listing.
