Mentor2 weeks agoIt's not possible for an online username to be 'stolen', do you mean that an eBay account was accessed by a third party? If this is the case then it must be reported to eBay as soon as possible.
It would be a user end issue, weak security. It's pretty difficult to access somebody else's eBay account given that eBay, in line with most online sites, have two step verification.

OP2 weeks agoThank you yes . I went into my Ebay and noticed that the Knitti2261 was there instead of my own, I don;t want to lose all my 100% feedback after all these years I have been a member since nearly day one.

Mentor2 weeks agoSo what you have probably done is opened a new ebay account by accident. This can be done by logging on using Google instead of your username and password. Your original account will still be there.

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedAs @papso22 says, you haven't been hacked or anything like that, so no worries on that front. You've likely accidentally opened another eBay account.

Mentor2 weeks agoSince you are using this account, set up on the 3rd August, you must have opened it. Try clearing cache and cookies on your device and starting from scratch with your original username and password. Once you locate your original account you can delete this one.
