OP2 weeks agoi had a helpful conversation with an agent/manager just now and it turns out that a: it is glitch error in the system for many sellers and is being dealt with soon and b: my fault because i am performance is Below Standard anyway ....!

Mentor2 weeks agoSuggest you create a postage policy. This worked for me.
New system being introduced by ebay seems to have completely changed far too many things.
