Sold 2 x Lynx Duo Sets on eBay last week, delivered yesterday in the rain says the thief. The thief says the box was empty eBay have sent me a msg to full or partial-refund. eBay have not even asked for an explanation , proof of delivery (so call buyer provided the postage label) what is the point of eBay, must be because they make there money from the buyer.. so everyone can order things off eBay say its never arrived and claim a refund & keep the sellers items... well I've had enough, looking for alternative or I'd rather bin my stock.
The so called buyer could be a serial " Item not arrived" but eBay will not investigate to which I have just read another seller comments.
So what's the point of eBay.

Mentor1 month agoBuyers who say they receive an empty box are advised not to open cases for item not received.

Has your buyer opened a return and selected the 'pieces missing' reason?

Mentor1 month agoI suspect that you will have to refund, if not buyer can escslate.
If buyer had opened a “Not as described arrived damaged case” then ebay should have refunded, but this sort of case would not be appropriate.
