What has happened to my purchase
On Saturday I ordered an item for £2.65 and they said it will be delivered on the Tuesday 4th of August, so far I have not received the item and not only that all the e-mails they had send me have disappeared and not only that there is no record of it on my E-bay account, so I went to my Bank and got a mini statement and got proof that I had paid for the item, so what has happened does anyone know ?

Mentor2 days agoIf there is no item in your Purchase History in your eBay account, then looks like you bought this item as a Guest Purchase.
The link below will explain how to claim for a non received item.
However, wait a few more days, those dates are only eBay's estimates and not a definite time for delivery.
Then, when a reasonable time passes the last estimated date for delivery, use the advice on the link below to start your claim:
