What happens when parcel delivery has been attempted to buyer on several occasions
As a seller parcel has been attempted to be delivered on several occasions. Until delivered funds withheld .. How do I get a resolution?

Mentor1 week agoAttempted delivery should be enough proof.
Otherwise you have to wait 14 days for payment.

I am struggling to work out how I contact ebay to discuss this?

Mentor1 week agoYou don't need to contact ebay per se to discuss, what @tobiasd4 has told you is correct.
If the item was sent via royal mail the recipient would have received a couple of red cards through their door to rebook the delivery. If its not collected within 18 working days the item will be returned to you (assuming you had sender details on the package)
If sent with a courier, they generally do similar.
