WHAT DOES A SELLER DO WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DELIEVERED WITH GPS AND PHOTO BUT KEPT IN A SAFE PLACE BUT THE CUSTOMER SAYS IT NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. DO I REFUND HIM? START A CASE WITH EVRI? IM A BIT CONFUSED AS I HAVE DONE MY BIT.

Mentor5 months agoThe buyer should not win a "not received" on ebay. They will go by the tracking. You've done your bit.

OP5 months agothanks for that and yes i did win the case.
i have another issue, if the item is delivered customer says i haven't received it but when i type in the postcode in evri website. the full tracking is not coming up what should i do then?

Mentor5 months agoYou need tracking showing delivery to win a case, so you need to refund if it doesn't and the buyer is going to escalate the case to ebay.

If tracking shows delivered you will win.
I assume you uploaded tracking info when marking as posted.
