If overrides are provided for domestic postage, you need to provide overrides for all services in domestic postage.
not sure how to sort this out, can't get anything listed as just keep getting this message

Mentor6 months agoYou appear to be trying to avoid Simple Delivery.
Only a few categories are exempt, and then there is a restriction of up to £20 and 100 gms. Basically at most only large letters can get round the system.
If when listing you are listing an exempt item, the option for custom postage will appear.
We are members like you, not ebay, we can only tell you how systems are supposed to work.

OP6 months agothis item is a large letter under £20 and weighing less than 100g, even when i try to use simply delivery i get this message, I have phoned ebay twice and it is still doing it. It does it on my laptop and not chance at all i can do it on my phone, i have done ebay for 20 years and never had this bother its so annoying
