Weird non delivery email
Had an email yesterday from someone who purchased from us 10 months saying he hadn't had his order. When I looked into he had received it and had left feedback acknowledging the fact. He won't accept the facts and is still moaning says he has zero knowledge of the delivery. Has continued to ask stupid questions and bring up irrelevant facts, ignoring all our statements saying you had your stuff. In the end I have junk mailed his email. Anyone else had something like this happen?

Although he has left feedback, it may have been for wrong item, so ebay would ignore that.
But as, said, he is too late for ebay case now or charge back.
