We wanted to let you know that you have been temporarily restricted from selling and buying on eBay because of concerns about your seller account. This must be frustrating, but measures like these help keep our marketplace safe for everyone.
Summary: zpprimeltd expressed frustration over a temporary restriction on their eBay account, despite seeing a status of "all clear" in the Issue Resolution Centre. They noted that their payouts remain on hold even though their account appears to be in good standing. tressygirl responded, clarifying that fellow members cannot access personal accounts and that contacting Customer Services might not yield more information due to standard payment holds for new sellers. They also provided a link to an eBay help page about payment holds.
My account was temporarily restricted from buying and selling. I have already confirmed my personal information, and the Issue Resolution Centre now says “All clear, no open issues” and that my listings are visible and my account is in good standing. However, my Payments → Payouts page still says that my payouts are on hold because my account is restricted. Please check the restriction and let me know what is still required to reinstate my account and release my payouts. Who can Fix this problem any body give me a solution of that problem

Mentor1 month agoWe cannot check this for you as we are members like yourself, so have no access to your account.
Doubt contacting Customer Services will give you more of a clue, as all new sellers are subject to payment holds, and different for each account. It can be a 30 day hold on payments.
