We hand delivered instead!
Sold an item with posting as the option but when we went to get the posting details discovered that the customer was round the corner so we hand delivered it instead. Marked the item as dispatched but we now cant release the money as looks like it has been delivered. The customer has left a review to say that he has received it. What do we do

Mentor1 month agoThere's nothing you can do here except wait for the payment to be released, which may take between 14 - 30 days.

Mentor1 month agoThey'll release them, it's just that if a listing has collection in person as an option in the postage section, when the buyer chooses this when they pay it generates a collection code that they give to the seller (acting same way as a tracking number does in that it proves that the buyer has received their item), and that releases the payment. Without a tracking number or a code its a waiting game.
