Watch has 2 year warranty
Can someone advise on the below. I purchased a Hugo boss watch off a seller in July 2024 but has a 2 year guarantee as advertised by them and still is advertised by other sellers. It's was a Hugo boss velocity with white strap. It has a fault we're seconds ha d is stopping the starting. Seller hasn't got back to me and they have no feedback in last 12 months so maybe not on Ebay anymore. There were a business seller. Any help is appreciated.

·10 months agoThere is nothing you can do through Ebay.
Use google to investigate the seller - do they have a presence outside of Ebay? If you can find a phone number or address, contact the seller.
If you have any paperwork such as a receipt, you may be able to get some help or advice from the maker.
