Wary about seller

I am a casual seller/buyer. I am interested in 4 Spode cups and saucers. There is only 1 photo of one set so I sent a msg to ask if all had the same back stamp. No reply. Sent a msg another day and also asked if the sale was definitely for 4. No reply. Per the info on the seller, the person has been a member of eBay since 2013, sold 2 items, has 100% rating and no reviews. I am wondering whether to buy. It is possible something has happened to the seller (hope not) but I would rather not buy and end up chasing a refund. Your thoughts?
