Warrenty question
Summary: radc9994 is experiencing issues with two CCTV cameras purchased last September that have stopped working. Warranty question
So i bought two cctv cameras off here last September, theyve stopped working, ive tried everything, neither of which will now connect to the Internet, the one doesnt recognise any micro sd cards, ive tried resetting them, you name it, ive tried it. So I contacted the company and im sure its an AI bot. I sent all the info of the camera, sent screen recordings showing neither of them working, now they're asking me to send proof I bought new sd cards... even time i send them info, they come back and ask for more info. They are still under warranty, not sure what to do

There may not be much you can do. eBay's own money back guarantee only lasts for 30 days, and even your payment provider (e.g. credit or debit card) is unlikely to help after 120 days.
Unless it's worth taking legal action you will probably end up writing it down to experience. If considering legal action consult a solicitor or citizen's advice first. Make sure they're not registered abroad (usually China). If they are, forget it.
For the future, bear in mind that buying from unknown sellers on eBay isn't like the shops. eBay even warned you in the user agreement that they don't guarantee the quality of items sold here or that they will be truthfully described, safe or even legal! Would you have bought from a shop that stated this? It was your choice to accept this risk. eBay is a jungle.

Best option is to contact citizens advice.
