warranty of e-bike who pays for a repair?
purchased an e-bike April 2025 and it has come up with an error code o9 which means it is something to do with the motor. I Have checked all the obvious ie lose connections to no avail, the manual states that this error code should be attended to by a professional, it is under a 1 year warranty. I have searched my purchase history and can not find it anywhere. I checked my bank statements and have found the payment to e-bay but i can not find the seller through this method. What i need to know is how do i go about getting a repair and who is responsible for any payment.

Mentor10 months agoEven ordinarily ebay wouldn't help after their 30 day deadline for claims but if it's gone from your purchase list it could be the seller's account has been suspended. But check if you need to extend the period showing via the See Orders link, top right of the list.
You could try contacting your payment provider and see if they can help. If not get in touch with Citizen's Advice.
