Warranty issues
Summary: desne-14 is seeking advice on how to handle a situation with a seller concerning a faulty intercooler hose purchased last year. Despite contacting the seller multiple times since May, they only receive generic responses and no replacement. desne-14 has purchased a new hose and requested a refund. eBay has been informed and is monitoring the seller for not honoring the warranty.
Hope someone can help Ibrought a intercooler hose last year and on may of this year it split I messaged the company on the 5th of may and they advised they where talking to there supplier I have not received a new hose and have had to buy another one I have contacted the company everyday and never get a proper response it's always a generic we are looking into it message I have asked for a refund now I brought a new part I have contacted eBay who said they are going to monitor them for not holding the warranty any one have any ideas?

Mentor1 month agoIn general warranties are not enforcable on eBay. They offer a 30 day money back gaurantee, and thats it.
I don't know the cost of this part but if the seller is a business you could approach Citizens advice for further advice.
