Hi everyone, I could use some advice—maybe someone has been in a similar situation.I purchased a graphics card less than a year ago, and it’s developed a fault. It was actually a guest purchase, and when I reached out to the seller for warranty assistance, he provided only a screenshot of the purchase. He advised me to contact the platform he bought it from, Ebuyer. However, Ebuyer has since gone into administration and can’t provide the warranty documentation or a refund. They suggested I contact the manufacturer (Asus) directly, which I did, but Asus is asking for the warranty documentation from Ebuyer. Since Ebuyer can't provide it, Asus is unable to help.Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?
