Warning to me about Seller Fault unfulfilled

Ebay sent me an email about Seller Fault Unfulfilled.
They ask me to answer a quiz?
I only have 5 sale this year .
Yes I have one cancel by me because the German buyer did not understood that he was paying to much shipping cost and i cancel so he coul buy again with lower cost..
Is this reason to threat me??

We don't really use the phrase 'seller fault unfulfilled' in the UK.

Is it because a case was resolved by Ebay - where they had to intervene to resolve a buyer's claim?
