Mentor11 months agoYou only get one case, and you used it. You cannot now open a Not as described return.

If by PayPal and less than 30 days ago you may still be able to file a dispute under their buyer protection policy.
Or if you paid by credit or debit card and the value makes it worthwhile your card issuer may be able to help.
