want to refund a buyer and get them to return the item ebay wont let me
I sent a buyer the wrong item. I want to refund the including the return postage. Ebay will only let me give them a full or partial refund and they keep the item

Mentor6 months agoIf the buyer is amenable ask them to return and you reimburse them, or send them a paid-for postage label which you can buy online.
