Waiting to dispatch message

Is there anyway of stopping the wait to dispatch time on items that I have sold? Customers who have paid straightaway can't get there parcel for at least another day as my postie picks the item up from myself...the deadline for next day pick up is 9pm so if they pay after 7pm their item won't get picked up until the following day ..this makes my customers unhappy as they are used to my quick dispatch. I have to get the items picked up because my post office is a bus journey as I live in a rural village.

Where are you seeing a mail service that will collect up to 9.00pm? Royal Mail states:
Royal Mail will typically collect a parcel from your home during your local postal worker's regular delivery round, which generally runs Monday to Saturday up to 4:30 pm (and potentially as late as 6:00 pm for certain parcel routes or busy periods)

OP2 weeks agono if you want a parcel to be picked up from your house you can only request it before 9pm after that they have to wait til the next day.. ie label ordered before 9pm on monday postman picks up on tues.. after 9pm the earliest pick up day is wednesday

Mentor2 weeks agoThat would seem pretty logical. I'm not sure why you're worrying about getting items out within hours, if I look at one of your listings and were to buy it and pay now I see
'Estimated between Mon, 5 Oct and Wed, 7 Oct'
so wouldn't be expecting my item before then.

OP2 weeks agoI always put a longer arrival date just incase something happens and I can't post off etc.. sorry maybe I just have a little OCD and if I see something needs posting I have to do it straight away as a customer I hate to wait for too long for an item .. hence as most of my feedback says quick dispatch lol

OP2 weeks agono sorry I mean I like to post my items as soon as customer pays .. if they pay before 9pm the royal mail can pick up from my house the next day but now with this they have to wait until the following day for the postman to pick up because of this silly 2-3 hr wait
