Waiting for refund
Hi, I bought a pair of Oska trousers from a seller in Bulgaria several weeks ago. They didn’t fit so I sent them back on 27th August. I didn’t hear anything from the seller, I contacted them with the tracking information and they said the parcel was being held at customs and once they received it they would refund me. The trousers cost £52 and postage another £14. I have just received a message on ebay saying the return is now closed. I have checked the tracking again and the parcel is still with customs! I am guessing I have to give up even though it’s a lot of money fir me, and will take it as a lesson never to risk a purchase like this again, unless anyone can help? Thanks

Mentor1 year agoUnless you have tracked proof of delivery then you would not have been able to even escalate to ebay before time ran out.
Seller might be honest and refund once received back, but in my opinion unlikely.
Buying from outside the UK is always going to be risky if any problems with the purchase.
Did you pay for return postage and complete any customs formalities? (Custom's declaration) If no Customs form put on package or not completed cirrectly, that could be reason why held up.
