Waiting for my £42 _ £6.55 refund from seller or eBay
Still waiting for my refund from either eBay or seller. £42 + £6.55 postage. Item was picked up by Royal Mail on time - March 6th and returned to sender. I can't or won't buy anything until I get my refund. I live on a small pension.

·6 months agoI assume you opened a return case using the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
As long as you opened a case, the seller has 48 hours to refund you once they get the item back.
If they don't refund you, then you must go back to the case and ask Ebay to step in. Otherwise, the case will close and you won't get a refund.
You need to be proactive here.
Check the tracking to see if the item is showing as returned to the seller.
Go back to your open case.
There should be the option to ask Ebay to step in.
Once you ask Ebay to step in, they will ensure the seller refunds you in full.

OP6 months agoI have contacted eBay at least 5 times, also given the Royal Mail confirmation of item delivered
eBay — PLEASE try to refund my money. I am not very computer friendly due to age and disability.
I am living on a small OAP pension.

·6 months agoEbay won't do anything unless you opened a case and then followed the process.
Did you open a return?
If the negative feedback you left recently is for this item, it looks as if you may not have opened a case because you could not take and add a photo.
