If you need a receipt for your order for insurances purposes or tax reasons you can go to your order details and print off/screenshot a copy, this is sufficient.
Ah, it would have been useful if you'd mentioned that in your opening post.
If you bought an item during an eBay Live stream, you don't need to request a video receipt—if one is available, eBay creates it automatically after the livestream ends.
Yes I no all that I did state that I av used video receipts for ages but all of a sudden I can no longer view a video reciept off any seller and I don't no why
Maybe ask eBay in that case. I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):

To find it:
Go to My eBay Purchase History.
Find the item you bought during the eBay Live event.
Look for an eBay Live icon over the item image. If you see it, a video receipt is available.
Tap or click the item image to open the video receipt.
Alternatively, open the Order details page and choose View Video Receipt from the More Actions menu (if shown).
