verification problem

Question

I’m trying to list an item and it says I can’t because my details aren’t verified. When I click on my profile details it says my email address is verified and so is my phone number .

Can somebody please help me out it’s so frustrating.

What about a Bank Account, you need to register to sell and supply a UK bank account which ebay verifies.Without this you cannot sell as you cannot be paid.

You are a new seller have you registered for eBay's Managed Payments correctly?

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.

You need to have your bank details verified to receive sales payments and authorie a direct debit for any fees or refunds
