Hi sorry I'm quite new to all this.
I've been selling a few items as I'm moving house and I've been asked to verify my account via a passport on the 14th July.
I did this however its still saying verification in progress.
so I have chatted with an advisor who told me that not all the corners of the passport were visible.
He said he would send a drop down to upload a new pic.
Trouble is I cannot find this anywhere.
any advice would be of great help here.
