Mentor10 months ago@papso22 is correct copy details of the dates you purchased the vehicle and the dates and time of the ulez fine, showing you were not the owner or the ' registered keeper' of the vehicle, so not liable to pay this fine, and send it to whoever issued the fine.

Mentor10 months agoThe registered keeper is the one responsible for the fine, presumably you can prove you were not the registered keeper at the time the fine was incurred?

Mentor10 months agoIs there nothing on the form to advise that you were not the driver, as with a speeding fine.

Mentor10 months agoHave you tried appealing the fine? I don't drive so I don't know how it works, but I would be very annoyed if I was told I had to pay a fine that I hadn't earned.

·10 months agoYou can't do anything through Ebay.
My only suggestions are to pay the fine or take legal advice.
