Has anyone else faced harassment from a buyer over VAT misunderstanding?
I had a buyer accuse me of being “not a real business” because I’m not VAT registered (even though I’m under the legal £90k threshold).
How did you deal with this kind of behaviour?

Appreciate your advice — I guess some buyers just enjoy stirring trouble!
