Using Simple Delviery when the same buyer has bought 3 of my items
I had one buyer in the last few hours purchase 3 vests from me and although I have used Simple Delivery before, it's only ever been when a buyer has purchased 1 item from me.
What happens when a buyer purchases 2 or more items from me?
Do I have to post each item separately with their own postage label or can I post them altogether in 1 package with 1 postage label?
Each individual vest would each be able to post as a Large Letter but 2 or more would have to be sent as a Small Parcel.
So please can you tell me what I would need to do in this circumstance?
Am I able to change the package size if I wanted to post 3 items together?
Hope someone can let me know and explain how I change this.

Mentor11 months agoIf you receive 3 labels you can still send them together but need to open the two extra labels to mark all as dispatched and change the tracking numbers.

OP11 months agoThanks, but what about changing the postage from Large Letter to Small Parcel with them being sent together and the parcel being too big to be sent as a Large Letter?

Mentor11 months agoAs it takes it into another price bracket I would either send them separately or cancel/refund the transaction with buyer agreement, and relist both on one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy again.
