Using my own stamps to send an item
Up until now people selling low value small items which could fit into a 2nd class envelope were excepted from using simple delivery - has this changed and is someone now expected to pay over £2.00 to deliver something that can be sent for a 2nd class stamp?

Mentor7 months agoIt's only certain categories. For others if you list with free postage you can factor that cost into your item price. To get the buyer's address and mark dispatched you can open the original prepaid label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).
The label will remain unused and you can claim a refund for it here:

The line about needing to be sent with a tracked service in order to receive the refund no longer applies.
Without tracking ebay the payment will be held for 14 days.
