Hi I’ve had to send an item by a different courier and the customer has received the item and is pleased with it.
How do I notify eBay?

Mentor11 months agoTo mark the item as dispatched open the original prepaid Simple Delivery label.
Then change the tracking number at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
