Using a different carrier
Hi all, I sold a fragile vintage coffee set last week but because I didn't use Evri I cannot mark the items as dispatched. I actually paid MORE to send them through DHL because I didn't trust Evri to look after them. The items have been received but because I haven't purchased the Evri label I can't clear the order. Any guidance much appreciated. Thank you.

Otherwise by not using the special delivery you cannot complete the transaction.
