Using a different carrier

Hi all, I sold a fragile vintage coffee set last week but because I didn't use Evri I cannot mark the items as dispatched. I actually paid MORE to send them through DHL because I didn't trust Evri to look after them. The items have been received but because I haven't purchased the Evri label I can't clear the order. Any guidance much appreciated. Thank you.

The only thing is that if buyer claimed not received you could enter your tracking. Otherwise by not using the special delivery you cannot complete the transaction.
