Mentor3 weeks agoYou can't add your tracking number to the order details, but can let your buyer know it via eBay messages if you wish, and if an item not received claim were to be opened then you add it there to prove delivery.
If you want the order to show as dispatched you can select to get the label/QR code and just not use it.
If the buyer paid for the label (and it looks like they did) then they'll get the refund of the postage they paid.

Mentor3 weeks agoThey can't mark it as received or anything like that, best they can do is to leave feedback but it won't prevent your payment being held for 14 days.
