Used a different label and now want to get paid!

Question

Hi, can someone please help me as I'm getting no help no help from ebay support! I've sold an item, unfortunately I had an issue with postage, so didn't use pre paid label. Didn't want to let my buyer down, so posted on a separate label (paid for postage myself) My buyer has received the parcel but the funds aren't being released as still pending, awaiting delivery!! How do I get my money? Cheers

The money should be released anyway after 14 days. But as a new seller ebay may hold it for 30 days but that is a separate issue. Either way you will get it in the end.
