I anyone know, if you didnt use the seller or ebay label for the return, i mean if you use your own label to return the parcel, and parcel is delivered and you contacted with the seller for the refund but they didnt respond you, what i can?

Mentor8 months agoOpen the relevant return case and enter the tracking number you have.
Once it shows delivery, the seller has 48 hours to refund you.
If they don't escalate the case, ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.
Don't close the case early no matter what the seller says or promises, and don't forget to escalate.
