Use Of Custom Postage
I cannot now use Custom Postage option for single cigarette cards or for just a few at a time. Has anyone else experienced this problem and can it be fixed?

Mentor3 weeks agoThe system has a major bug there are plenty of other threads on the same subject here on the boards. The only work around at present we know of us to set up a postage policy.

OP3 weeks agoThank you. I can now see that there are many other very unhappy users like me who simply do not need to use ebay's postage and just need their own custom postage for smaller items such as cards. Hopefully, given that ebay seem to have recognised the issue / bug they have introduced, it can be quickly fixed by them.
