US dollars instead of pound sterling
Hello,
I haven't used my Ebay UK account for a long time, but I want to start selling again. I set up a seller hub a couple of years ago. I've just logged into Ebay UK and the 'Performance' details/stats are displaying in US dollars. I have logged out, cleared Cache and logged back in again, but it hasn't fixed it.
Can anyone help please?

I have an update:
I contacted Ebay Customer Service and they have advised me that it is because I have had no selling activity for a long time (4 years in my case). As such, the currency shows as US dollars. Apparently, once I start selling again, it will revert to the correct currency, £ Sterling.

If you're using desktop and you check the url is it the UK one?

Yes, I've checked this a couple of times, both yesterday and today, on my mobile and on my laptop. I'm definitely logged into the UK site. It's quite frustrating.
