US buyers unable to buy item
I’ve listed some ACEO’s yesterday and I have a potential buyer in the US who wants to bid. When she does try to bid, she is being told that as she is in the US she can’t. Why is that? Thank you

Mentor10 months agoThere were issues, seemingly still issues with the new US tariffs coming into force and this stopping US sales.
Hopefully, someone later in the day will come here @juadu-83 and has experienced any current workarounds that may help you and your buyer.
Hopefully, there is one as it will help us too, help many others in the same situation you're in.

Mentor10 months agoAll I can offer you is eBay's answer in their Announcement ( go top left of this page, eBay News>Announcements) heading ' Reach US buyers again through GSP ' it states....
We know recent US import regulations have been challenging, so we’re happy to share some good news: many of your listings are now visible to US buyers again through the Global Shipping Programme (GSP).
Hopefully that Announcement and guide there, will help you capture those US buyers again.
