Urgent help please.

So I got a sale for an item, I got it posted today and contacted the buyer prior to posting and also after posting. It’s hours after I’ve posted the parcel and I’ve just had an Email from EBay saying they have suspended and cancelled the order for my safety, it states I should not send the parcel but I already have sent it and now I won’t be able to get in contact with the buyer, will I still get my funds from the sale? How can I get in contact with the EBay team to solve this. I have proof of postage

Just to confirm and provide some reassurance, if the order was placed and paid for, and then you received the email in question, then you are all good.
If the funds are being held, the funds will be released and paid into your bank account after they're released. If they are not being held, they will go through your balance as usual, and then you can withdraw the funds when you're ready. Also, you'd be protected against cases for that particular order after receiving that email, so you're all good.

Mentor1 month agoWhat was it you bought? It seems a strange expression to use “for your safety”. If ebay received payment then cannot see much risk, unless in some way the payment “bounced”.

Mentor1 month ago · EditedIf you've sent it with the Simple Delivery label that the buyer paid for then I can't see why you won't receive payment. eBay were too late to the pass here, the error wasn't yours.
Keep us updated as to what eBay say, we'll help you to try and keep that payment.

Mentor1 month agoAs ebay have suspended the buyer's account I'm afraid it's unlikely you will receive the payment.
ebay have removed our one direct link to ring customer services so all you can do now is click on help at the top of the page, type in "agent", and persevere until you get through to someone. Best of luck.

Mentor1 month agoThey would have suspended the buyer's account after they received payment, why would they not pass that on?
We see a lot of posts like this one, i have never seen a seller come back and say they didn't get paid.
