UPS Charged for parcel not sent - UPS referred me back to eBay
Sold item (£28.00) was hit with UPS charge £36.99 by eBay. Parcel satisfactorily sent by other service. No refund for the UPS charge received. UPS referred me to eBay. Hard to talk to eBay... Suggestions please.

Mentor10 months agoDid you use Packlink to buy your UPS label? If so you need to claim through them.

Mentor10 months agoIf you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
The item needs to have been sent with a tracked service in order for you to receive the refund for the unused SD label. You can add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking (has to be done on a desktop browser).
Or if the buyer paid for the label the cost will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.
